If you need to go away for any reason during your GET SLIM program, just contact your consultant one full week before you leave and your deliveries will be suspended and resumed when you return.
The GET SLIM diet plan contains breakfast, lunch, dinner and a dessert each day and each meal is calorie and carbohydrate controlled and made with the best and freshest ingredients. You should eat all three meals and the dessert as your total nutritional requirement will have been calculated by your personal GET SLIM consultant. They will customise your eating plan to avoid any foods which you don’t like or to which you are allergic, taking into account your current height and weight and your weight loss goals.
Apart from heating up your gourmet meals, the only thing you need to do is drink plenty of water – at least eight glasses a day with one being taken before each meal. Try to stick to just one cup of coffee a day as caffeine and saccharine are not good for your body’s level of insulin. You can drink a limited amount of alcohol if you wish, for example drinking a glass of wine instead of eating a snack but remember that the sugar in alcohol will slow up your weight loss.
