Diet and Exercise Program – How to Stick to It
A diet and exercise program should be long term. No diet and exercise program will work if you only do it for a week or two; it should really be a lifestyle choice, a retraining of your appetite as well as your physique. A diet and exercise program should focus on your health and not solely your figure and should involve losing weight slowly, so that it doesn’t go straight back on again.
This is easier said than done, however, because by their very nature diet and exercise programs mean not eating what you really want to eat and perhaps doing stuff (exercise) that you don’t really want to do.
So how do you stick to that diet and exercise program, without boredom setting in?
- It’s much more fun and you can have cup of coffee together (black, no sugar of course) afterwards.
- Make sure that you keep it with you so that you can make notes at any time.
- If you’re really brave you could upload your photos to Facebook and your videos to Utube so that you can share them with your friends.
